What husky to buy

Hi I've always used shihl but want to try out a husky. Any recommendations I want something with plenty of power but not too big 15" bar max.

550 or 560 ..........

I would think the 550xp would suit your requirements, or if you want even more, but maybe overkill on a 15 inch bar, the 560xp.

I was a Stihl patron but bought a 550xp when I was changing the 260. I like it a lot. Handy in the tree.

With a max bar of 15 inches, that would be a poor choice imo.

It does work surprisingly well with a 15" bar and bigger sprocket, but that's in softwood production mode

 

 

 

As the others have said - 550 works well on 15" or 560 really rips on it
