Hi all,

Like the title suggests, ive just purchased a new pair of these, now ive put them along side my current boots, they look huge! And feel alot heavier..they also fit alot higher up the leg compared to my haix golds,

What i would like to know is.. What are these beasts like to climb in? Im reluctant to give them a try and then not be able to return them...

And if your wondering why i purchased these in the first place... Its because they came top of the poll on here...

Many thanks

I like them cos they make me taller!

In preference I wear my Cofra boots if I don't need to spike. They do feel bulky to start with but I've got used to them. Comfortable when spiking (if such a thing is possible)

Coming up on 2 years in mine. Look after them and they keep your feet dry too.

I like them because they are quite a tall boot and give loads of ankle support, only boots I have so climb all the time in them, no probs

I agree, I like the support they give its the lace hooks that snap that I hate.

Or is it just me that has this problem?

I've had a pair for about 6 months now.

Not overly impressed.

Spikes slip from around the sole, I've metal clasps snap and finally the first proper heavy prolonged spell of rain we've had since owning and my feet were soaked.

I've rather anally cleaned and treated them every two weeks too!

Daniel.
