please answer the question....

How much do you pay for your eleci, and or gas and or oil per kwh.

Not interested in how much you use,,,,,,, total bill .

The price per unit, kilowatt hour, kwh ,,,,,,,standing charges,,

npower 10p/kwh plus £35/ 1/4 std charge

RED gas oil 72p/l plus 5% vat

i do know that 99% of you and the population will not have a clue what iam on about. It is the same in austria and france and italy.

I will repeat the very important question again.

----what is the price of electricity / gas where you are. Per kwh.---

13.38p + 5% VAT no standing charge. Not the cheapest supplier (Ecotricity) but I except paying extra to be on a 100% renewables tariff. No Gas, oil or water bills.

my electric is 17p for first 500 units then drops to 10,5p per unit the first it pays the standing charge lpg 49p per ltr. have to say this year unlike last has been good my tank is still on 50% and has not been filled for 5 months now. have only had boiler on very occasional if it was a bit cold indoors. when it starts getting cold will fire up log burner to keep it warm indoors.

last winter was a nightmare ran out of gas took 21 days to refill so had to resort to electricity to keep place warm so my bill was dreadful still paying it off. never again will i run out of lpg

Just googled it as I hadn't heard of it before and it looks like it was scraped last month when UK coal went into receivership.

Going to be tough on any pensioners who have there winter budgets worked out expecting to get it.

My Gran used to get it, until 10 years ago when she died

I think it was about 2-3 tonnes each year

Not to be sniffed at:001_tongue:

Mike,

Why don't you just contact an energy broker if you are a resident of UK? They are experts in providing best discounted electricity and gas deals.

Its better than burning logs. I know the atmosphere is different when you burn logs, for some it's smoke all around some feel it good.

hi all,

glad to see some of you got the point i was trying to make through the hysteria.

fact is we have some of the cheapest energy prices in europe at the moment.

they are only going to go in one direction. whatever the politicians say or lying promise us.

same for our timber and log prices.

http://www.energy.eu/‎

from the small amount of feedback replies shows a big variation in what we are all

paying,,,and how the standing charges are hidden in the bills,,to bamboozle us all.

more input and companies used would be good to compare.

soo,,,insulate, insulate, turn off, turn off, is the only way to go. your bill aint going to go

down.

prioritize, strange init, food banks on tv, women their, can not afford food, but they

have nail extensions and £150 hair cuts.

just an observation,,,,,,,,,,,,
