How many miles a day do you cover in a landrover defender?

Sometimes when subbing i travel 100-110 miles round trip a day... this is only now and again though....

Not sure if id like to do that in a defender...? 200tdi

Currently running an l200.... i like it for comfort. Heater. Speed etc

The landy will be similar on fuel? Cheaper to insure.... cheaper parts etc...

Thinking business sense... its a 2nd vehicle so also my car so to speak

Currently running a 300tdi defender and have done for work the last 3 years.

Pretty much every day I'll do around 55-60 miles though sometimes a fair bit more.

Usually get between 28 and 32mpg.

I've never had a problem with covering distance with Defenders - went from my house to Nordkapp in 4 days (about 2000 road miles), including an overnight ferry crossing.

I've done days when its been 150 - 200 mile round trip in the Land-Rover, and while it can do it, I find it pretty uncomfortable on a long journey. I prefer to use it locally and use the Disco if there's anything far away to do. MPG for defenders can vary hugely depending on 90/110/130, specs and what you're carrying/towing.
