Log bag holders

Hi

 

I am trying and failing badly at trying to find log bag holders on the internet. I'm looking for a frame to hold the sack while filling it with logs and then I can remove the bag with a teleport.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've just seen the price of Fuelwoods. I don't think i will be going there as I need 3 of them!!

If I had to make one I'd use a couple of old builders tressles and link them together with a bit of scrap.

why three, cant you whip the one bag off, move the frame and fit a new bag?

I just thread the bags onto the teleporter forks, far easier than using a bag holder. The bag will need bouncing a few times to settle the contents when initially filled, then re top it up. You cant do that with a rack. When you come to sell it the contents will have shrunk by about 10%, if you dont bounce then you will have to top the bag off before delivery.

use iron men i think they call them from local builders merchants the frames you put scaffolding boards on for walking at a little height, theres a pic somewhere of ours cost about £35 a pair and you just knock the pins out when your done to take the weight of the handles and they slip out 20 sec job.

Homemade one for barrow bags (works well) will be making a bigger one for the bigger vented bags
