Plenty of healthy fats, the diesel to white starch's petrol. Lard, fatty cuts, olive oil, loads of butter. Most dense energy source of all foods - look at the Eskimos....

I like eskimos, but i can't eat a whole one nowadays.

So I had crunchy nut cornflakes for Breckie. Tuna cucumber brown bread for lunch with the standard jam doughnut. And had Mac D's burger of the week, 3 chicken strips large fries and half the wife's fries. Have I got any calories left so I can raid the fridge ? :001_huh:

I'd think so, surely crunchy nut cornflakes are basically a health food are they not?

I've never really understood this overthinking about what you eat in this game.

Decent breakfast, some sarnies for lunch, and a bit of chocolate or the like to get you through the mid afternoon slump (assuming you're not already watching "Judge Rinder" on the sofa) plus tea or water to wash it down.
