Worrying!

A very close family member has fallen pregnant! Don't get me wrong it's great news. However it's with someone who has 6 kids with different people and has never lived with them or paid maintenance! How do you tell someone they will be heart broken, alone and with a baby?

You aren't alone if you have a baby

Simple answer is you don't.You let things run their course then make sure you and the rest of the family are there if/when it all goes tits up. What would you expect her to do if she agreed with you anyway? :001_smile:

And I bet he's never done a day of work in his life.

If she knew what he was like beforehand then she should of used protection.

If she did'nt know what he was like, then she should of used protection!

Sorry mate, no offence intended, I'm sure your family will rally round and support this young lady. But, whilst the caddish calibre of the "gentleman" (sic) involved may be called into question, she has to bear half of the responsibility for her predicament.

Hmmm.

Ok so the other halts daughter found out she was pregnant about 6 month ago. She had only just turned 16, the lad she is with is a waster, into nothing but drugs (weed).

I can't stand the little what not.(really trying not to swear) and he will not come near the house while I'm here.

But.

It takes two to tango. I'm my eyes she is just as to blame or in fault as he is as they should both have known better. These things happen and its a case of asses adapt and overcome.

We know what will happen when this baby arrives, just a case of preparing for it.

As much as anyone call tell them they will not listen and do exactly the opposite of what you say.

I'm prepared for it all to hit the fan. Sort of.

I know how your feeling at the mo. it's just waiting for it to turn nasty.

But there is naff all you can do about it.

Sorry not much help.
