I've just had a bear carved for me and I need to know what oil I should use to treat it, many thanks arbtalkers

Im a decking-oil man. the B&Q own-brand works great. has a bit of lacquer in it which makes it nice and water repelent

keep applying coats daily for a week or so, then you can probably reduce it. in gerenal its hard to oil too much but easy to not oil enough
