My past back issues have gone from bad pain and bent double to less pain and bent double, then a period of stiffness in the lower back and then eventually it all straightens out and you get mobility back.

 

As I said earlier - increase your core strength - that is the muscles within your mid abdomen - stomach and back muscles, it is easy for these to become weak if you don't use them and just doing manual work or being fit doesn't mean your core strength is good - it takes me 5 mins a day to keep my bad back at bay:thumbup:

 

A year ago, standing at a bench all day bent me double and today it isn't an issue - that's what it did for me!

 

Hope your back is OK and beware because once you are carrying a weakness, it is easy to pop it out again!

Many thanks again all. Well woke up this morning and went back to work. Had to be carefull a bit but seemed fine.

 

Even managed a shout with the lifeboat. Back is still letting me know its there now a nd again today.

 

Osteopath was absolutly awesome.

All of them? I have a bad Penicillin allergy but on the rare occasions I have needed antibiotics, the doc has come up with something else. :001_smile:

 

So far yes.

 

I have tried probably nearly every one under the sun. Every time I go to docs and they want to give them to me they try another type.

 

Every one I've had so far has had the same result. So now I don't bother.

 

Penicillin actually almost killed me once. :thumbdown:
