If my 200T cut 50% quicker it would probably equate to about a 1 minute saving on an average days work.

 

An age old argument there.

 

Sometimes its not about cutting faster, but cutting harder. Being able to cut bigger stuff without the need for a bigger saw. Being able to do a dismantle all the way down to the trunk work. Without changing saws from one to another.

Your only scared Mark 'cos you are worried your little arms aren't up to the task of controling a modded one.

That's what I mean Rich.

I'd be disappointed if it took over a minute to swap over to a 440 or whatever.

 

It might take me 20 seconds instead of 15 to cut a big limb, which then takes the groundies 4 minutes to deal with.

 

Not a worthwhile saving really, especially on a new saw with a bolloxed warranty.

Quite, plus the visceral pleasure of using something that cuts so brilliantly God himself looks down and smiles.
