Any recommendations for a specialist? Postal service and a fairly quick turn around.

 

Should have wrestled it off by end of play tomorrow. Think some crap got post the filters. No surprise really when I this state.

+1 most good agg machinery suppliers will have one on shelf, Lucas do a very good service injectors and pumps do a exchange service send old one in refurb unit comes back. seen them doing them and its like a F1 garage.

wouldnt use pirtek for anything, there a franchise company and not very good at it

With you on this one, pirtek are pants, for the price they charge the service should be gold standard but its average at best.

 

The other reason not to use them for this is that the guy wants a pump rebuild and pirtek don't do that.

 

Can we see a picture of the pump please?

If you cannot find a local engineer try googling "parkers at newark." They have rebuilt several fuel pumps for me.
