Tbh I would not use this saw on any thing bigger than 3-4 inch so find it hard to believe its treated hard... It's more like a motorised sugoi IMO

Dya reckon they fly and land well when lobbed out of a tree Matty...must get on with your 395XP now:001_rolleyes::lol::lol::001_tt2:

It might bounce a bit better as its so light Steve.

Very likely - hope the MS200 and HS81 work OK next week and reckon I will need a big lump of wood to test Stubbys and your saws out in a week or two!

The clip broke on me last week, exactly the same as in your picture Watson. I usually lower the saw but was unable to on this occasion and the clip broke and saw hit the deck. Fortunately I was not very high. People have asked the question 'Do you lower saw, do you clip saw up when moving around the tree', this should not matter, the saw or rather clip should be more than capable of holding its weight when dropped on a lanyard as this can happen all too easily. Be aware of this because it could be costly!!

Apart from this, I am really happy with the saw.

Is the 150 even a pro saw??

Not a saw I've ever considered personally.

Yeah its a pro saw and a cracking little saw for pruning work.

These stories of 150t saws breaking and coming apart in places have to boil down to overly hard use and abusing them. They are plastic for weight saving. So why bash them around like they are made of steel?
