yeah fair point, ive always taken cash in hand to mean no strings/no tax payment, which ive no problem with personally,but its probably not the best place to discuss it?

Surely they need to know wether your putting the payment through your books and you will ask them for an invoice, if not you are avoiding tax just as they are.

So if pick up and drop off including fish & chips for dinner was included would that be a fair days wage-7 hours, and all ppe supplied ??

No one mentioned invoices!....Any work I do goes through the books.
