Tbh I swap about, sometimes ill use the lock jack for a year then suddenly fall out with it and go back to VT, I do like the ZZ though

I was going to ask this also... Anyone using one full time on street trees? Re-pollards, ornamental reductions etc

Would be hard pushed to beat a hitch in this scenario..

 

I climb vt pussik sj so am open to it just wondering what it would be like on the standard stuff.

 

Looks great for back garden stuff, tall, large open canopy trees etc

 

What are they like up a hedge or ornamental when it's tight and awkward?

It's a bit of kit it does its job, I,ve always personally disliked ART mechanical devices I'm more of a hitch man, for me the ZZ is the closest thing so far to a being a corded hitch in terms of precision and control and I enjoy using it. Is it better than a hitchclimber set-up........ No, it's just fun to use, and once its worn out and if there is no mk2 I'll go back to my hitchclimber.
