Jack we've all done it (at least) most of us have, but being overloaded by a massive amount on a regular basis isn't on, bigger truck needed, or more trips, your choice. If you end up in court the choice is out of your hands, a shit situation to be in.

I appreciate you saying it like that at least you've owned up to being overloaded at one point and this isn't a regular basis thing normally I'll put the blocks on the truck it's the trailer that's done it and that's the first time I've used the truck trailer combo and it was daft but it's been done now no one was hurt and probably won't be taking the trailer again

Well Ive read the other pages and my comment stands. You need to take a long hard look at yourself before you kill someone. Theres one thing posting a pic of an over loaded load then there's what you do. Its not apples and apples, its a whole different ball game. And your attitude to what you seem to have no intention of stopping is appalling. Luckily for you your reg number is not shown, or you'd have the Old Bill knocking sooner than you'd think.

Read what I've just replied to eggs ? I know there's a load of police informers on this website that's why I don't post pics of reg ect ??

I wouldn't be so naive Jack. You are very easy to find online, complete with address and telephone number.

Get a bigger truck or seriously reduce your loading. If you kill someone by dangerous driving (which is what running around with that level of overloading is classified as) then it won't take prosecutors much effort to find this thread, which catelogues a pattern of behaviour and an apparent total disregard for the safety of others. That wouldn't play well in court.

It's like I say I normally get stuff delivered this was a thing of the moment and Its the first time I've took the trailer I know 2 packets is still too much but it handles that well it's the trailer what's killed the spring

Ffs Jack, it's not the trailer that killed it, it's what you thought was fair to put on the truck and trailer. I'm not on your case, just think about what you are doing, if it goes wrong you'll be fucked, believe me.

What he says.

I imagine you are fairly young. We all do stupid things when we are young, and live to regret them. If something goes wrong and you have an accident when you're 3-4 tonnes overweight, the best case scenario is your vehicle is impounded, you go to court, lose your licence and pay a hefty fine. Worst case is you kill someone and do some serious time and have to live with that fact. Routinely overloading your vehicle to that degree will lead to catastrophic mechanical failure much sooner than later. Think how you'd feel if you had to live with the knowledge that you'd killed someone because you didn't want to have to do a second run? I struggle to think of a more trivial reason to cause someone elses death.

I thought this thread was about being a little over loaded, and posting pics of knobheads that you seen.

Well then I see peeps showing what tools they really are by posting pics of there grossly overloaded vehicles. ?

i agree we have all done it. Some 10% others 20 or 30% .... but your gonna be pissing into the wind sooner than you think ....it just needs that person with a dash cam or even a passenger with a phone and recording it as they come up behind you  (because your going so slow) and then send it to the boys that will empty your Wallet and kick you in the sack at the same time.

Good luck in court. You will need it..???

I'm amazed that any reputable supplier would even load a vehicle so grossly overloaded. I wonder if they run transport and hold an operators license ?

At £30/pack the blocks are either rejects or dodgy, the bloke loading them wouldn't give a flying...
