Just to be clear it wasn't me, we took the photo as we drove past!

Quite clearly just needs a couple of wafer weights in front footwells to bring it back level and looking just like it has been lowered all round. Works for an Astramax van; easy to redistribute when you've tipped.

Its not really worth worrying about if thats all that you get fined for the first time your caught.

 

It might be worth worrying about if over loaded and some one gets hurt.
