I couldn't possibly give an estimate, until I had seen the light bulb in question.

 

Very true, access to the build is often a bigger cost factor than the size or type of bulb.

Some funny post but, I got a phone call from a ridding stable near me a couple of years ago about changing a light bulb, it was a flood light over yard area. The problem being it was on a the end of a scaffold pole bolted to a building so it wobbled a bit but did it. So answer is 1 and only.
