if you cant handle them by hand free line them out, steel carabiners and strops girth hitch to the branch you are cutting static line attached below the cut controlled at the other end by ground man 10 strops and carabiners you can soon have that tree down to the chipper

cut and drop the side thats not over the tunnel, then middle weight attach the back side branches and rig it round

seconded, if the cut n chuck method seems a bit dicey. Just leave a good, stripped scaffold limb over your drop zone for a nice high rigging anchor to swing it all round.
