Because of towing regs in the uk in needs to be sub 3500kg including weight of trailer. I'm looking at a 19m tracked machine but trying to digest the additional 10k on top of my ideal budget.

Dean, any idea on the annual maintenance cost of your machine and average days a month it gets used?

I know some guys who have a 27m Ruthmann on a cabstar. It's an awesome piece of kit, and even does 15m horizontal at ground level. It also self levels and can jack in various different ways, meaning you can still get up in a space not much wider than the truck itself, or have all four jacks out wide for good stability. The setup on it has to be the best I've seen, you literally get in the basket, push a button, it drops its legs and levels, you're off the ground. Takes approx 30 seconds from getting out the cab to being in the air:001_cool:

The spec of that machine looks amazing on the website! That on a cabstar is a very useful bit of kit with an massive operational envelope - I'd imagine they are super expensive though!

Close on 100K brand new I think, but they use it everyday for everything
