Well they shouldn't stand under the tree, looking up, with mouths open.

 

Unless 'into' was actually 'onto'. In which case their grandchildren probably love it. Visit grandparents, whinge about the nasty tree and get anything they ask for for being brave.

Im on a roll. 200 year old oak, can you get rid of it, the leaves are blocking my gutters.

The house was ten year old & was the neighbours tree.

That's a NIMBY for you. "Oh isn't nature wonderful." Yeah. Just as long as they're seeing it on TV or from the scenic view point car park.
