Had real problems in 2012 over my self esteem as I've been obese now for a couple of years, any thoughts suggestions ? Would really appreciated Steve blairs thoughths as he sounds like a sound guy

 

I find taking up a new sport is a great way to drop weight. If you set yourself of swimming a mile open water challenge for the spring any weight issues would be helped. Set a goal outside your comfort zone where you have to lose weight - get sponsored so people are relying on you to do the challenge and exercising and diet become important to helping others. It doesn't have to be a huge challenge to start with. Finishing even a mile run for charity with others is an uplifting experience in itself. Start listening/watching uplifting music/films etc and be around people that 'work out'.
