We are having issues with the filter performance. Fine particles are working there way through it consistently & in sufficient volume to worry me about the longterm performance have worries about the saw as it's going to damage the piston.

The only other person I have queried about this has seen the same issues. Who else has seen this?

My 550 did a piston and barrel and went to husqvarna under warranty. They added a heavy duty filter because fine dust was found inside the intake.

Maybe worth speaking to your dealer and seeing if husky are adding a h/d filter for your 560 as a modification.

Well, here's mine and its a yellow bodied one. Quite worrying really. Think everyone needs to check this on their saw;

Note inside the filter

Note the dull appearance on the black entrance moulding, that is actually a build up of dust;

Mine's the same. I'll call my dealer tomorrow and see what he reckons.

Stubby, you seem to have had every problem possible with your 560 - what's your filter like and are you still running the stock one?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1354038404.324175.jpg.9755de5c2ea9955c89cb13fc015e02d7.jpg
