is there any chance of any pitchers of the skids, ps is it chains or blades

I'll get some photos of the skids on Monday. I've got blades & chains for the swipe, on these jobs it fitted with chains.

I'll attach a photo of the road home - 4 miles to the forestry road and a further 2 to the tarmac. On the way up this morning had a close shave with an eagle that was sitting on the hill road as I came round the corner. Not sure who was more surprised it's usually just grouse and golden plovers up there!!

Hired in a hedge flailing contractor to help us on a job ripping out loads of shrubs. What we got done today with this is easily best part of a week cutting and chipping. Made a right mess but did a good job! No windows were harmed in the making of this post

Upside is I found a tenner in one of the shrub beds. Winner!

Nothing too spectacular. This previously topped Gum had to come down because apparently it was shading a house. Probably the best tree in the group despite its lack of top but hey ho, down it came. No shots pre dismantle because I forgot. Just two of us on the job with me going flat knacker most of the day with the chipper and winch trying to keep the deck clear for the climber. Back tomorrow to ring it up.
