Joking aside Dan I’m always really honest about lawn damage.

No lawn for me to damage today, I just had to aim in really carefully straight in the back of the hilux...

I know, sorry.

Don't worry, there's one stem out the back I couldn't reach with the machine, so I threw a rope up into it to climb first thing tomorrow morning. For anyone walking by tomorrow, it'll look like I did the whole job climbing!

Shameless.

Only broke two windscreens and one wing mirror today, too! Result.

Topping about a dozen cypress in the morning, dropping a couple of big fat sycamore with a digger in the afternoon. One reduced then pushed, one just climbed to put a strap in as high as needed to pull it over. Tall stumps, metal everywhere. Not a twig or a leaf to clean up, the fella with the digger is doing it himself. Driving away at 1600, the Christmas holidays have now started.

Been on doing lots of very ready to go ash trees recently. Only caught a few on vids for obvious reasons. Had TM on,amazing how many people ignore it and drive straight through red lights and right up to 4 lads in hiviz cutting a tree up over the road.

The slo mo one was glorious. Very little to tidy, just winched the heavy out the river with a fordson

Had that on a main A road at night and bloke driving car had the nerve to try and tell TM lad there was something wrong with his light as they were on red both ends.

Nice to use old kit to prove it can still do the job.

Yeah, haven't done loads with traffic lights,in general worked well, just the odd melon think they dont have to do red lights. Which I get as it's frustrating waiting and 2 mins feels like 10. the TM lad said we never had them on red for over 4 minutes though!

The major is a hero, love that thing. Only comes out to play occasionally, but works it's socks off (and I'm the only one I let use it as suspect it's not up to modern hse law)
