Removal of two ash tree showing signed of  die back.

 

nice place to work by the river and thankfully the Kommune tree officer in charge granted removal even though it was a protected nature area.

 

Easy enough work, a bit muddy and the tracked chipper didn’t get stuck 😜

Back on the conifer hedge from hell. 

Got given a Husqvarna 345 by a customer how has moved to a smaller house and no need for saw, very inpressed with it. Put a old 18" bar on it for a bit more reach. 

I love the tooless chain tensioner, 100% better then Stihl

This ash had to be winched assisted felled over back away from the river and house, then the client wanted the wood for his burner, so we winched the sections back over the river for him.

Luckily we had a winch!

Yes, impressive performance.

It’s got a little creep under tension which is annoying.

No I don’t mean Eggsarascal, I mean it lets out a bit of cable gradually under strain.
