Sheatbelts, Moneypenny!

Seatbelt mounting bolts are all 7/16-20 UNF. Some international agreement to never differ because they're apparently such an important part of the car. You can have a thoroughly metric Jap/Euro/whatever and it'll still have imperial seat belt mounts.

Interested to know whether Chinese car manufacturers capitulate. I hope not. Stick that up your jumper, USA, Burma, Liberia and Yemen.

Automotive nationality is a myth these days anyway. Everything's JE this, JIT that, flexibly integrated the other. My French van is Japanese. My dad's Volvo is American. Women are men. Men are pigs. Easter eggs are illegal. **************** off.

Ah not all cars had seatbelts, tho most will have been retrofitted if they are still on the road, except vintage cars..

Where as near enough every car has a 5v1 threaded schrader valve, except some fancy airless run flat tyres.

When you get the digger only slew clockwise, if you go counter clockwise the cab will fall off!

I had a early hymac 480 that you had to remember which way you slewed last or paid the price.
