Interesting end to the day, winching a split ash back away from a road in the dark, council wouldn't let us leave it till daylight.
It fair broke up when it hit the deck but no tidy up [emoji106]

It looks the ideal set up how you have it.  I like the idea of the trolley, but not the idea of another bit of kit to pack every day.  Having it mounted like you do is perfect.

Workshop day for me today ... .trying to finish my Front linkage on my old Brown . .front weights not a option has ridiculous prices and not practical. 

This old Farm Force will work a treat and will be able to put all my crap in front Instead of the cab .£150 Was a bargain .

Still a lot to do to finish it.

Exactly....fair old lump is Jenson but Brown is only light too ...much better now with just linkage .

They were never the heaviest on the front end, when I was a apprentice we had a 1490 4x4 on the estate as a winch tractor, so I learned to steer on the brakes very quickly.

Had many Browns over the Years and like yourself the Brakes come in use especially with a 3 furrow Ransomes  for steering .
