This one was challenging to work on because the main leader was on the outside edge of the crown .

Lucky for me it hadn't been worked on much so the normal epicormic mess was not present.

It was very open inside the crown .

I aint digging another one again !

 

Done with my Kobelco 2 ton ,tight job and very little room . Took the first 2 foot off and then drove in and dug first half out to 5ft 8 and finished last half on top .

Holt station Steve, part of the north Norfolk steam railway. Pretty cool day working near steam and old school diesel trains.

 

Even had a school trip today doing the evacuation, lucky for them when they sounded the air raid siren we locked and loaded the 201 and 150 just in case of enemy bombers. ☺️

 

Thomas the tank engine is here for the bank holiday weekend. Taking the bournes down to see it Adams boy loves Thomas a lot.

 

We were working for the national health service as they own the trees.
