Today tasks. A boundary tree dispute enforcement job, not ideally the best spec but it wasn't decided by tree surgeons. Then a conifer to come down for the homeowner who we were carrying out the enforcement for. I didn't get a last pic as I had to go to the hospital for a meeting.

Any chance of an overview of the nature / background of the dispute Ian. Just out of interest / possible learning opportunity. No worries if you think it inappropriate.

Not a clue to be honest I let the enforcement officer serve notice and we do what the court/council have decided a few weeks later.

We just have a copy handed to us a few weeks before the scheduled date. This gives the person time to get the works completed by someone else. If this is the case we get a cancellation cost and go to another one.

Just some work which we win a lot of.
