Alright mate. Don't you use cobra bracing. This saves drilling into the tree..? Cheers. :thumbup:

 

We use it when the situation suits, this tree had a 2 metre split in the trunk so we wanted to keep the limbs a stable as possible, thus making cobra not a good choice for this particular tree.

Every tree and every situation is different and not one system can be used on all trees.

I agree thats very true mate..Didn't see that from the pic. Cheers we done lots of cobra in Austria. Thanks.
