Thanks for the comment guys

As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

Only had her for a few months, was quite lucky, got her for £1000, she had been standing for a year or so and needed a little bit of tlc to get her running ok, but the tyres are 100% (still had the mouldings on them when I got it)

A few things left to do, need some clips for the bonnet and a lucas alternator as she doesn't charge atm.

I know I could get both online easy enough but I'm sure something will turn up locally if I look for long enough (Yes I'm tight as hell sometimes)

Not sure what to do about the wings, they're so far gone it may be a case of just waiting till they fall apart completely and then replacing them with something else.

P.S. Had no wiring when I got her, just 2 wires to touch together to start so I took the loom off my mates scraped international and used that, will be tidied up a bit when I get the alternator sorted

I'm proper in love:001_tt1: Bobh

Pure "sex on a stick"

PS

Affix an RSJ between the 2 roll cage tubes, as a mudguard replacment.

Nowt wrong with the LHS one.

Plus a couple a short sheets o zinc on the roof.

Bonnet & electrics are 100%, they work dont they?

Ha Ha

What you can't see with the left one is the rope tied between the seat and the toolbox which stops the wing falling outwards :laugh1:

Thinking of using mussel farm floats cut up for the wings when they do eventually give up.

as for the bonnet and electrics working - well they sort of do.

Got 3 or 4 days hauling and splitting in the next few weeks, they want their woodshed filled before winter! Told them it was a bit late and it won't be seasoned but they still want it done.
