thinking of giving up

As most of you know on here i have been targeted over the last few months, had my chipper nicked, all my saws and tools etc last night my outside light went on so i looked out of ny bed room window only to find 3 guys looking round, i shouted then they got baseball bats out and smashed all 3 of my vehicles up, asked me to come out as they were going to glass me then said "were coming back to burn your house" how much is a man supposed to take, new glass is 600 quid, my kids and wife are frightened and were in a recession! am on the brink of calling it a day to be honest...........driven out of my village and home cos of scum:sad:

ian, i'd report this to the police as these incidents might be related with them happening so close together ie same gang of scrotes.

you should have followed them and applied ms880 where the sun don't shine with a blunt chain on it. Although this could have been a bit hasty as there could always be more of the ***** waiting for you to do just that.

Unfortunatly for us in the UK mate,we would be hauled up in front of the judge pronto and locked away for a very,very long time.It has been said before and will be said again and again and again,The law is a shambles now.And more than likely for poor old IC he would of been battered within an inch of his life by these pricks who would of simply dissapeared away back to wherever they crawled out from with no further thought to it other than bragging rights to their equally pathetic friends.

Sadly your hands are tied.Respond with any action other than one that would'nt affect the human rights of the scum victimising you and you'll be the one that gets the visit from the plod.Law abiding,tax paying easy target that you are.

I would have gone after them in the car and run them down. Would'nt be the first time I've chased theives with the intention of grinding them under the wheels of the Patrol - even if the tried to get away on a quad...

If it happened as IC said, then I think he would get away with killing them in self defence. After all, they were threatening to burn his house down with his kids in. Fear for life defence, probably end up with a slap on the wrist.
