Id look at a TDv8 range rover. The LR3 TDv6 are not proving to be great long term reliable engines.

lr3 are unreliable, not sure what the v8's are like though

Unfortunately, over here in NZ the vehicles fetch silly money. The diesels, by the time you factor in our “road user charges” become almost as expensive as the petrols.

I can't see that being said of the Evoque in years to come. £30k+ and you get a boot big enough for two small suit cases and maybe a wafer thin mint.

Has anyone on here fitted LED headlights to their Defender? quite fancy some now there are more affordable ones out there....

I’ve got the trucklite LED headlights fitted to my Defender130, been on about 4 years now & one of the best things I’ve done. Great value & good light range. Also got full LED sidelights, fog, reverse, indicators from bolt-on-bits, then a Lazer Lamps LED Lightbar for max illumination...

I've just bought a set of led headlights with drls for £189. Having them fitted tomorrow (wiring issues with my standard lights) will post some photos when they are done
