Just carpeted my 90 makes it look real posh now!

how you going to hose out the sawdust/doghairs now? looks pretty comfy but landys leak and wet carpets among other things lead to steamy windows!

Like you know what proper windows are.......:laugh1:

You are right though, if you wanted someplace to keep several litres of muddy stinking water that's the spot

I carpeted my series. 12 months down the line everything in it was dyed the sane colour as the carpet. Still finding red tinted stuff 6 years down the line:D

Wait til Ben tries to get you to buy a Landcruiser..

Not a chance! :)

After having a bit of a drive after the wheel bearings were sorted and its brilliant. Like a different car. Much more solid and less rattly!

Just have to chase out an ABS issue and get the engine oil changed soon and that'll keep me sorted for a bit!

It may not look much like a Land Rover but underneath the Thug appearance its all Land Rover running gear, axles, chassis, engine and gearbox. We are off to compete in King of the Valleys at the weekend which is two days driving through forest tracks, rocks, mud and water. It has three winches and we hope to only use the front but you never know.

Theses pics were taken just as we bought it with a little bit of work to do to get her/him up to standard.

I will post a few more when we get her/him out the workshop tomorrow.
