In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

:) The old Silky nevet went away! I have always eaten the wrong stuff....but thursday is here and I have eaten nothing all week but steamed or grilled fish...fruit and vegetables! Feel better already! Yesterday I had Pea and asparagus Soup (and of course fish) as a main course (river cobbler)...don't feel bloated....bit livelier this morning.

Indeed Mr Git:D collected the last if my stuff from the cottage so I have been re-united with "Darkstar" my trusty bicycle and shall spend my weekends cycling! Really feeling great about my health right now and You are what you eat...so that makes me a Fish instead of a Fox:rolleyes:
