The old Silky nevet went away! I have always eaten the wrong stuff....but thursday is here and I have eaten nothing all week but steamed or grilled fish...fruit and vegetables! Feel better already! Yesterday I had Pea and asparagus Soup (and of course fish) as a main course (river cobbler)...don't feel bloated....bit livelier this morning.

I bet thats never seen a river, dissapointed mate thought you may have caught some on the way to work? want to borrow a canoe?(p.s stay off the beer, 23 days here and feel motivated)have a good day, back to tree work here after a crafty three days.

I know this one might be a tough call but, as delabodge says try no alcohol for a month. The liver is very good at fully recovering in around that time, also will help lose a load of weight.
