My new set up 5m poison hivy with what I think is armour plus in a pinto with two dmm ovals, forgot to get me a thimble and some 8mm but next time im at gustha

rts ill be adding it on but for now plenty long enough to be used as 2nd line, excess is daisy chained and hooked onto the leg loop of my harness to lower the clutter.

Do you no find that your rope pi is running across your fisherman knots in the pinto, I tried this before and found the added friction was a pain plus abit dangerous as well.

I have two:-

 • 5m Tachyon with 8mm Beeline Distel on a Pinto. 6mm OV thimble loop. 1 x DMM Oval, 1 x DMM Sentinel. It's more than a lanyard - it's a secondary climbing system really, for work positioning and ascending.
 • 3m Yale Blaze with an ART Positioner. 1 x DMM Oval, 1 x DMM Sentinel.

Sounds great any pics? :001_tt2::thumbup1:

I use 5m of XTC 13mm(from one of me old climbing ropes), 10mm blakes hitch with a Petzl Oscillante pulley but have just ordered 5m Blaze, DMM Pinto pulley and O krab with VT of Ocean Poly. Sweet.
