Sounds good to me, I'm 6ft on the nose and 115kg, though I'll be kayaking again soon after 2 years out. though I think portion control and less rubbish would do it, heck I work hard enough during the day eah Tom?!

 

So, we need some sort of table with targets. Some sort of handicap system and a teeny bit of competition to help with the momentum?

 

All taking part chip in £5 and best slimmer (possibly a vote?) gets the reddies in the form of toy shop vouchers?

105kg. Need to be 90kg. It's deffo the booze cos I run and ride and go to the gym etc. 6'3".

How often do we "check in"?

 

I reckon once a week to keep the 'participants' interested?!

 

i havn't been to the gym for a year, but even then it was a flying visit.... a few visits and then 'oh I'm too busy for this!!'

 

gonna see it through this time!!

there's surely going to be some dude (probabaly already ripped as) on here saying he's lost 5 stone just so that he can get himself a lovely £100 worth of toy vouchers!!

i gave up drinking 11 months ago and have lost 1 and a half stone .soon ile be the same weight i was when i was 30

 

ive only just started the thread and i'm hearing success stories already, hurrah! :thumbup: can't take credit for this one though!!

Haven't weighed myself for years. I'm guessing that i'm still around 100kg and 6'2". Couldn't imagine losing 2 stone. Suppose i could lose a bit but would rather aim to turn wobbly bits into hard bits.
