The other day a 14 year old was telling me of a friend of his that was sueing his school for being slow to recognize his ADHD. This would mean he was planning to sue the "state funded" school for putting up with his bad behavior and then giving him an excuse for said behavior.

 

The though makes me sick, whether its true is another matter

Too right. I remember getting a good hiding from my woodwork teacher for mucking about. He had a large beard, a combover and a very stinky pipe.

A cousin of mine has ADHD lucky only a mild form but he will be living with his parents almost indefinitely:sad:

 

You can tell its a medical condition and not poor parenting quite easily.
