I dont see any problems with a glass or two of wine, unless the glass holds about a litre,

I try and have three days in the week without & generally have few glasses of red & a petit apero du anisette a la weekend,

I once nailed a 5 litre box with a friend & diddnt feel to clever afterwards!

A glass of red wine with my dinner for me :)...it does make me fall asleep after a day's climbing in the rain though!

I thought it was the drink that made me fall asleep in the chair by 8pm most evenings, so I stopped the booze, but I still fell asleep

I guess we're just getting old :001_smile:

A bottle a day keeps the Dr at bay..Well for the time being at least as she can't stand my breath!

I will put a bottle of white wine down me every eve at the moment & no ill effects the next day.

I did party hard years ago & that is something I can't & won't do now.

It all catches up in the end...:slug:
