Yawn! If you don't want to buy an iPhone made in those conditions, make sure you don't buy anything else from china too! Or in fact many other less developed countries too

 

I agree in principle with this, but researching every product takes time. Apple are well known, and consequentially are widely exposed to scrutiny in the press. Deciding not to purchase Apple because of the moral and ethical crimes they've committed is a good start, and if someone does decide to do this, I doubt they'll avoid being slated due to hypocrisy. I reckon that not buying Apple is a good start, regardless of all the other rubbish we haven't got time to investigate.

Its all very well finding fault with child labour and other such things in the less developed parts of the world, but how much do we really know about these children's circumstances??

 

If the factory closes what happens?? do they starve??

 

I don't know??

 

I don't like taking actions (such as boycotting products) without enough information to truly know what affect that action will have and in this day and age getting facts is very,very difficult, propaganda is rife.
