Fake.. The thickness etc of the piece of holly that is growing below the head, would be bent out around the head, not vertical as shown. The mouth is also out of focus/blurred to the rest.

I reckon photoshopped.

 

If you zoom in the features(cheeks, nose,mouth, head bumps etc) are very soft compared to the rest of the pic.The edges of the head are also too sharp compared to the background.

 

I bet the holly had a growth that has been manipulated.

 

Still looks cool though.:thumbup1:
