load of new stihl 880+660 on ebay

I had the same thing on fleebay with Sony wide screen tellys . They were cheap , but not so cheap as to arrouse suspision . so I bought one . Nothing came and the " pissadiered" from ebay with my dosh and I suspect loads of other peoples . Lesson leanmed .

I have known of sellers who sell a quantity of small items then switch to expensive ones, laptops, etc. They show 100% positive feedback at that point.

 

The expensive items usually end within a few days, but arnt available & dont get shipped - the seller trousers the proceeds and vanishes.

I put a £10 bid on a disc cuterjust to see and to day I was emailed this by ebay

 

'' We'd like to let you know that eBay has ended an item you were bidding on for breaching of one or more of our policies. As it's important that eBay maintains member privacy, we can't tell you exactly why the listing was removed.''

 

I think we all had an idea that this was a little dodge

Stihl and others have people that watch for there products being sold by auction.

They will have sent ebay an email about the saws.
