HI NFG were are you to then thanks jon

Hi Jon,

Southern Vendee, France - today was a real scorcher but been low thirties for a while now, our thermometer was at 38 in deep shade - think 35 was forecast but its usually a bit pessimistic.

Thankfully our house stays cool as it has very thick walls and shutters to keep the heat out.

34 degrees here today. Really started to boil as there was no breeze at all.

Hate it.

Can't wait for bad weather, then I can hate that too!

Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!

Hi Jon. 24 up here today and leylandii smashing. More than hot enough for us Jocks. My skin has now gone from light blue to white, with the merest hint of a tan approaching :-)

Customers brought us loads of squash and served up bacon rolls and filter coffee at 10. Result !
