The last time I was there (20 plus years ago) I got caught smoking a joint in New Street Station by a copper, he let me off with a proper dressing down. Proper policing!

Iirc he asked me if I knew there was no smoking in the station, I looked up from my newspaper to see a Copper, he asked me where I was going and sent me on my way with a  right Bollocking, he could have turned me over. Decent copper.
