Not too bad here in Essex Jon, gusty winds with the odd chimney howler now & then, but I expect to be working through crimbo, looks like turkey sandwiches will be the best I will get!

It's certainly got more windy down the road here in the last hour, Just took the dog out and gusts are pretty strong.

There is going to be flooding down this way. Just seen that there has been 6" of rain on the moors so far and it's still heaving it down. A pretty miserable build up to Christmas for those that get flooded
