The oldest property in my village changed hands; a 'chocolate box' picture perfect thatched cottage in lovely grounds. First thing the new (ex towny) owners did was put a hot tub outside the back door!!

I'd be more worried about all the sawdust and chip clogging up the filter and the oil slick from the chainoil residue from my face and arms - don't fancy that much:lol:
