I'd rather it in writing from VOSA than what a training provider says.

Why do councils run lawn mowing tractors on white diesel? Surely grass cutting is horticulture.

 

Or grounds maintenance? I don’t see how amenity grass can be horticulture, and ONCE AGAIN a fundamental misunderstanding.

 

Fuels is nothing to do with VOSA it’s her majesty’s customs and excise, VOSA are lightweights compared to the man from the revenue with his powers to seize vehicles fine and asses evaded duty as they see fit.
