Christmas bonus.....

Im self employed but my main man who i farm for mostly took us all (and partners) out for a really nice christmas meal, he's given us a very welcome voucher for the local butchers and is taking us 3 lads to the local for lunch today then we're finished till Jan 3rd

Half day on the 25th, (3pm finish). Special treat this year as its a Sunday, normally business as usual.

Took the to subbies who help me for a few pints and a good curry I also got the lad who helps most of the time some driving lessons.

Not by one man -we had 4 stolen out of a van , 1 got crushed on a dismantle and 1 got left on site (he did get his P45)

Depends entirely on the individual's performance through the year, performance, diligence, professionalism.

Also depends on whether we've been profitable enough.

Gave all my guys a 3 figure cash sum, took them go-karting (the nimble little @@@@ left me for dead), then out for a chinese meal.

They all work hard - wish I could afford a bigger bonus but they were all happy - and nobody lost a saw!

I beat my groundy less than normal over the christmas period, and if he really works hard enough I let him have a few hours off on christmas day.
