I used the BMI as an instance as it gives the considered min/max health weights and some people are underweight without realising the harm. Yes I understand does not take into account if one is 6'8" tall and built like a barn.

 

Jogging is bad for ankle and knee but loads of people do that. Cycling and swimming are good all round.

BMI shouldn't be used it's doesn't reflect a true body type, mid and waist girth is the only measurement you should worry about.

More out of being too skint to go to sainsburys than anything else, I have been having a fruit smoothie in the morning, and 3 peices or fruit/veg in the daytime. I've been at this since monday and the only time I eat "proper nosh" is in the evening.

 

How does it make me feel? BLOODY STARVING!

 

I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm 10stone, I've just ran out of bacon.

Lot and lots of sex is good exercise but i find it can get quite expensive.

 

Lol, classic. The 10 pint mingers work just the same you know, the really bad ones might even make you vomit, apparently there are plenty of people that use that method to stay slim too, double whammy! It's a win, win.
