Finished rebuilding one of my 200T today.

 

Just a warning, don't buy the cheaper manifolds of ebay, it ends up costing you more than the £10 you save :(

 

I looked at these and they are manufactured, if you can use that word, out of a shiny plastic material, are badly formed and generally crap! Not worth the money - stick with OEM although expensive!

Yeah, i found that out when i bought one several months ago. As you say, shiny nasty plastic which doesn't fit properly. I thought that I had managed to get it on the cylinder, with much struggle, but must have crushed part of it in the process. Just had to fit a new P&P and a proper boot.

 

Can you sort the autotune carbs? If got a Husky topper that I could drop round.
